Excellent work-life balance with no expectations for over-time and holiday work and 100% WFH policy with office space available if preferred.
Cons
Multiple internal leaders/stake-holders often results in shifting expectation and requirements for projects. Company is still settling into a status quo after recent rapid expansion. Experience with proprietary system not as transferrable to future prospects. Team structure relatively "Flat" with limited potential for advancing to new roles. This is tempered with a focus on allowing employee to grow in responsibility and compensation within existing role.
