Your coworkers will be great (only reason I gave 2 stars) as long as they don’t leave

Multiple reorganization’s that make no sense. VERY disorganized thinking/reasoning and confused organization. Decisions are made by executives that have no understanding of what’s actually going on and could care less about the opinions of the employees who are actually doing the work although they have a good understanding of what can be done to make things better. Health benefits are AWFUL (new plan went into effect in 2019 in an effort for the company to save money) Pay is significantly below industry average but your workload will be huge. Turnover is at an all time high. Half of the office has left between 2018-2019.
