Pros
This is a decent place to work. It has a mostly conservative Christian culture, and it is a small company, so the office politics are somewhat minimal. Leadership boasts that the company is debt-free. If you show interest in learning new roles and developing new skills to help the company, most of the company's leadership will encourage you to do so. Workloads can be massive, but there are always tricks and shortcuts to save time without sacrificing quality in your work.
Cons
There is hardly any upward mobility at all, so if you're looking for that kind of career, you might want look somewhere else. Nearly all of the employees in leadership positions were put there from outside the company and not from within. Raises are rarely offered to employees, so if you want one, you have to ask for it and justify your request.
