If you know how to pretend and go along with the simpleton of CEO's wishes, you can survive for sometime.
Cons
Almost all of the positive reviews are bogus, set up by the company. I was pressured into writing one last month. They're easy to spot - just look for the ones that say 'No cons in the company,' and they come in waves. I can't express enough how poorly this company is managed by the CEO. He's a self-proclaimed know-it-all who openly belittles everyone else. My time here has been a rollercoaster - starting with chaos, then some progress, and back to chaos again. Last year seemed promising, with progress and hard work evident, but everything fell apart suddenly. Currently, the company is being led by a toxic leadership team with no values or vision. Anyone worth their salt has either left or been let go.
