Pros
Great if you love Apple stuff and technology. If you're a good salesperson there WAS opportunity to earn good commissions. Although I believe that opportunity no longer exists.
Cons
Management was a NIGHTMARE. In my short time there I saw almost every staff member leave or get fired. The owner of the business has no clue how to keep staff happy or loyal. Or to be more accurate, he didn't care. All staff talked about how "insane" the owner was and everyone half expected that they could be gone from the company tomorrow. I cannot emphasize enough that you should steer clear of taking a job here. There was a mass exodus of even the longest standing staff when one day it was suddenly announced there was no more commissions on sales. Practically everyone simultaneously quit. I was fired on the day of my 6 month anniversary. I had actually planned to quit that day anyway because I was still not in the job role I'd been hired for and instead was just another commision based sales person. (Sales is not my background or aspirations) As it turns out I preferred being "laid off" though since I was then eligible for E.I. Which I wouldn't have been if I had quit as intended. Total waste of 6 months of my life. I was completely under-utilized, not respected, and misled. I smiled the whole way home after being laid off. Freedom!
