      Pros

      After careful research and hesitation of joining the industry. I felt that Simpson Financial Group's intense training program was the best way for me to be a success. The interview process was much more selective than other insurance companies I applied with but after completing the training, it became clear that they are only looking for the best. They always told me the positives and the negatives of the career. They also stressed the importance of a great personal and professional life balance.

      Cons

      The training program is very intense, with an overwhelming amount of knowledge. Everyday you question if your brain can absorb anymore information.

      Pros

      I have never worked at a job where the owner values their employees as much as here. Everyone loves being here and working hard, they are treated well and enjoy the job they do. Awesome place to work. Can't picture going anywhere else.

      Cons

      You WILL work a lot of hours. If you are married it is definitely something that you would want to make sure your significant other is comfortable with. In a broker position, be prepared for an incredible intensive training course. This company looks for those best fit for the stress and difficulty of the position. That being said the compensation for your time is outstanding.

      no pros at all with this company unless you like to scam people

      Cons

      I was there for 4 weeks and all they do is scam people trying to get on masshealth. they do not tell them masshealth is free or that the price is subsidized due to income levels. they then sell other insurance on top of it and claim its the masshealth. not my cup of tea! i want to help not hurt.
