Pros
- Everyone is really nice, and very approachable! When I joined, everyone who I hadn't met approached me, and introduced themselves in a very informal way! Made me feel very welcomed, so now I also do it when someone new joins; - Lots of impromptu activities! We have several team events that are properly planned, but very often someone will just randomly ask if someone wants to do something; - At the time of writing this, we are about 50 people, with around 25 different nationalities! - When exploring something new, and mistakes are made, the team is very supportive with no finger pointing, and instead try to look at what was learned from it;
Cons
- Being a relatively small company, at times there isn't an 'expert' in a certain field, which means that some self teaching will be needed;
