Pros
The teachers are super nice, incredibly smart, and seem to have a completely different experience of the school. I do think Sinai is a good school, but that does not mean it's a good place to work. If working at a Jewish place is your #1 priority and you can't get a job at any other Jewish establishment, then go for it.
Cons
There is very high turnover due to incompetent and toxic administrative leadership. The environment is disfunctional, with poor communication, lack of trust, high stress, and low morale. While nothing was ever done or said to my face, there was a lot of high leadership who would bully and gossip about fellow coworkers and parents behind their backs. This is your fair warning. You are better off being unemployed than working here.
