Sinclair provided opportunities to work on large-scale system, cloud, and platform engineering challenges. The engineering teams are talented, collaborative, and willing to tackle complex technical problems.

Work-life balance can be challenging, particularly during periods of organizational change and cost-cutting initiatives. Leadership communication and long-term vision are never clear, Frequent restructuring and workforce reductions can impact morale, stability, and trust within teams.
