Awesome management as far as business is concerned.

Not relating well with stakeholders far abroad. But its great company.

Everybody kind of does whatever they want until the CEO starts yelling and then the whole company jumps to put out fires that sometimes aren't there.

No accountability, no organization, no documentation, no onboarding, no clear processes, at any level... nothing. No desire for any of these things either.
