Nothing at all, instead of working on the feedbacks shared by employees, they are trying to get the negative reviews removed and hide them by posting FORCED positive reviews on top of them.
Cons
This company is toxic! Scamming Investors, clients and employees as well. CEO should take serious action against senior management who are rotting this place with their behaviour towards their team members. They don't treat you as human and will not understand any personal emergency as they expect you to work without leaves. However, they have full freedom to come late to office, leave early, take personal 12 international trips a year. All major clients have already left and joined competitor companies and others are following them. So many hardworking employees have left in the past year because the senior management made it impossible for them to work here. Appraisal is a joke here. No appreciation and no hike and no recognition for loyal employees who have been with this company for more than 6 years.
