Employees have had their pay cut twice in the last two years (2011-2012) and downsizing can only be described as brutal. Almost everybody thinks that this will continue. Morale is very low. Even before the crisis hit Greece, career prospects were all but nonexistent : there are great people working there who have been doing the same thing for 10 or 15 or even 20 years. As is the case with a lot of Greek companies, you are expected to work unpaid overtime, weekends and holidays at little to no notice.
