Pros
Great perks, a fun place to work! 6 bottles of Gin a month. Amazing Christmas/Summer parties, and Friday get togethers at the 'in-house' bar. Cocktail making, tickets to Wimbledon and festivals. Overall great, fun lovely people that work there. Passionate founders.
Cons
Prepare to work overtime. Poor communication between teams. Too many people have a say in the sign off for projects, whose competence is questionable. The standard, or years of graphic design experience stated for each role, junior, midweight, senior, is exaggerated. Very small amount of projects that will require exciting graphic design, or creativity.
