Pros
I've really enjoyed my time at Siteaware. The management team is sharp and knows what they're doing, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. Everyone is professional and passionate about getting things done and done well. One thing that surprised me in a good way is the number of women on the team. Construction tech is pretty male-dominated as an industry, so it's genuinely nice to be somewhere that breaks that mold. It creates a better dynamic overall. The company is professional without being corporate, if that makes sense. People are generous with their time, knowledge, and compensation is fair. There's mutual respect and you're treated like an adult.

Things can get hectic and priorities shift. Pretty normal for this stage.
