Pros

I worked in the Austin Location. The Managers are great and very pleasant to work with. The company provides awesome benefits too. Theres even a way you can get stock in the company once you work there long enough. Id say the work is pretty easy and the pay seemed decent for what the job was.

Cons

With the exception of the managers, as well as a few of the outside sales reps, all of the employees are mean, old boomers who are stuck in their own ways, and will tell you that you have soft hands for not wanting to work 70 hours a week in the hot Texas sun. Its a bit of a joke but you get the point.

Pros

Still trying to figure that out.

Cons

The company presents itself as a growing, well-managed organization, but the reality was very different. Branch management was rarely present in the office, often claiming to be “working from home,” which left employees without leadership or support when issues arose. The Inside Sales Representative frequently created negative customer experiences due to a poor attitude and an expectation that everyone should possess the same knowledge he had accumulated over 30 years in the industry. Rather than helping customers and employees learn, interactions often came across as dismissive and condescending. Communication and service were consistently poor. There was constant infighting between branches and corporate leadership, with managers regularly pointing fingers at one another instead of taking ownership and solving problems. The culture felt more focused on blame, politics, and backstabbing than teamwork and accountability. The company also closed seven branches at the beginning of the year, which raised serious concerns about stability and long-term direction. While leadership does an excellent job of painting a positive picture of the organization, much of it felt like smoke and mirrors. What was promised and what employees actually experienced were often two very different things.
