Pros

The job challanges you everyday to become a better version of yourself. If you are keen on learning (like really keen) there is a lots of room to work with industry experts and interact with customers to polish your skills. The design management is very proactive in supplying industry standard software and access to latest tech to make sure that you are setup for success. Office hours are kinda flexible, as there will be late night calls too and all they care about is getting work done on time and taking responsibility of your product. If you are into real problem solving and shipping great products, you would love it here.

Cons

The job can very quickly get overwhelming for the first few months. As a designer you are expected to also take up a lot of PM work. (Which is a con if you are joining just for Design, ie:UI/UX work). But once you are into the system and understand how things work, it gets easy to navigate your way. Reaching to that stage is difficult, it takes a lot of patience and understanding of the domain. Sometimes you are expected to deliver faster than you imagined. But all these are subjective cons. One might also want to look at these as an opportunity to expand your horizons.
