Now I’m not one to come on sites like this and write company reviews, but there have been a lot of things done to Sitters through this company that needs to be brought up. Also, the reviews you see that have so many positive things to say about the company is the owner and the coordinators. The company has a lot of issues internally. 1. Sitters don’t have protection . If a complaint is made against you, the company will vouch for the family even if you have hard evidence against the claims. 2. The coordinators get sassy with the sitters all the time. They expect sitters to bend over backwards for them but not vice versa. 3. You don’t earn extra income towards paying off anything. There are 400+ sitters and there aren’t enough jobs to go around. Majority of the families are assigned to the coordinators favorites. Getting assigned jobs is based off who you know in the company. 4. If you’re having trouble getting to a job, the coordinators won’t care at all about your troubles. For example, if your car breaks down they expect you to call an uber which isn’t ideal being that the sitter has to pay for their car. This applied to sitters that aren’t the coordinators favorites. 5. Complaints or issues never get addressed. Coordinators will avoid addressing this at all cost. 6. The overnight wages aren’t fair at all. $200 for overnight job is not enough. Sitter wages start at $14 hr which means a 24 hour job should be over $336 . The wage goes up $1 for each additional child.
