-The company is full of individuals who use it as their personal playground of picking on younger employees, daily use of slurs, and insults is expected. -HR is a joke who enforce incorrect HR practices, use insulting language, hostile and overall come across as bullies -Mismanagement, micromanagement, with little to no structure, tasks, rules and responsibilities change daily -Harassment is to be expected, if issues are raised about it, you're then seen as the problem.
