Really some of the best engineering talent among integrators. Forward thinking, strong values and company mission. Seems to have high satisfaction across employees and high retention. Care about work life balance for real, and you get paid for all time worked unlike some other integrators.

No cons really significant enough to mention, maybe more in person time with coworkers would be beneficial, but there has been more effort toward this recently!
