The decision of joining skillsanta was one of the best decision I have made.. Skillsanta has everything which a decent startup might look for.. Real-time problem solving statements, huge learning curve, recognition, working environment and the best thing is the idea and motto behind the company, which keeps on driving me daily to do our part in reaching our end goal.

The Only con that I can think of, is somewhere in some campaigns, we lack concentration due to some hidden challenges.. But that too, is solved given the clarity in timeline

If you want to learn then this company is for you! The senior management and colleagues are super cooperative, they help you whenever you need it and that's the best part of SkillSanta.

Sometimes the job become monotonous but again if you want a change they give you that opportunity to work in other departments as well and learn something new.
