      There are no pros to working at Skillit.

      Cons

      Management does not know what it wants and mistreats workers with constantly shifting asks and scope creep. Fails to honor signed contracts and sends threatening & abusive messages.

      They work with Inter/maltinational companies

      Cons

      As a designer you go through endless edits from the account manager (skillit side) then the account manager (UAE office) then the client.
