Good learning experience if fresh out of school but would only stay until another opportunity is found (immediately) Stressful, unprofessional, negative reinforcement, passive aggressive behavior from Doctors

      -Location is nice -Most of the providers are amazing and easy to work with

      - horrible pay - it’s a family-run practice, lots of nepotism and bias - no actual established HR - management makes several derogatory remarks to staff members - all they care about is making money. They don’t care about their employees or real patient care.
