Pros
Excellent place to work. Management is extremely helpful, and sets you up for success. Any questions you may have will always be answered as well as the outline of duties being very simple and straight forward. There is plenty of room for growth and ways to let your skills shine. There is also a kitchen stocked with food, so you are never hungry, as well as company sponsored lunches that happen a couple of times a month. The work environment is stellar and everyone is friendly and gets along great!
Cons
Perhaps some tinkering with the functionality of the company website would be beneficial, but they are actively working on that.
