      The compensation is minimal as your are required to pay for your own gas, insurance and cell phone bills which cuts into profits

      - short wait times - good schedule - high paying orders - good cx service - flexible hours

      Cons

      - have to accept every order to receive high paying orders - glitches sometimes - low cx tips - first come first served scheduling - too many drivers
