      managers are unprofessional, steal ideas, gossip, create a super toxic work environment, low pay, managers play play against each and show favors. Company has NO headship or direction total sinking ship - the is NO good part to skip to

      - short wait times - good schedule - high paying orders - good cx service - flexible hours

      Cons

      - have to accept every order to receive high paying orders - glitches sometimes - low cx tips - first come first served scheduling - too many drivers
