      * Easy to get in as an immigrant even with broken English. * Good growth opportunities mainly due to low retention rate(also a Con).

      Cons

      * Low Salary * Toxic work environment * Most Technology managers are terrible at their work or just terrible people. * Junior PMs that don't know what they doing blaming devs for their failures.

      - have to accept every order to receive high paying orders - glitches sometimes - low cx tips - first come first served scheduling - too many drivers
