      Pros

      Traveling from site to site, getting to meet great tenants, not being tied to a desk all day. Culture of company was fun. Some managers were always open to teach and had time for you.

      Cons

      Sometimes upper management was dysfunctional and fought a lot which created an air of tension. Some managers can be overbearing and micromanaging.
