Pros

Have worked here for a couple years, and so far everything is good. No micromanagement, coworkers are supportive and friendly, and projects are good/keep us busy, with good work-life balance.

Cons

N/A - no cons related to the company itself. More just issues with the government contracting system and pay structure, but that's an overall issue when dealing with contracts.

Pros

I enjoy working at Sky Solutions. The projects keep me challenged and I’ve learned a lot, especially about AI and new technologies. My team is friendly and always willing to help each other out. There are good opportunities for training and advancing if you want to grow. The work-life balance is pretty good, and I feel supported by managers when I need flexibility. Like any company, things can get busy and priorities shift, but overall, it’s been a positive experience for me.

Cons

Overall, my experience at Sky Solutions has been very positive. The work can be fast paced at times, especially when multiple projects are active, but that has pushed me to grow and learn quickly. Because the company is still growing, some processes are still evolving and things like communication and structure are continually being improved, which I actually see as a sign that leadership listens and adjusts. There are busy periods and shifting priorities like in any consulting environment, but I’ve generally felt supported by my team and managers when I speak up about workload and balance.
