      From the first touchpoint in the recruiting process, you can feel SkyCell's great and helpful culture. Everybody is willing to land a hand and make you feel welcome, embodied in the company's values. In everyday work, you are given a lot of trust and freedom, also allowing for a lot of flexibility to balance work and life while still pushing strongly for the company to grow. The key strength of the company are its excellent IP, moved forward by some highly talented individuals.

      Cons

      As with many companies in the scale-up phase, many processes have lots of potential for improvement, especially in standard corporate functions. However, this has been identified and is currently being addressed.
