bad management decisions, no involvement of staff in decisions, wrong management recruited/promoted, unrealistic targets set for sales people, commissions not always paid (company found ways not to pay), too much debating and not enough decision making, lack of moving with market trends.

Too many people from top Management are new and put a lot of pressure You have the feeling that they encourage poeple to leave This place is good only for very young poeple with no experience Management is Pushing poeple to work hard without any compensations- no salary raise, benefits only to directors no possibility to evolve inside the company
