- Salary is relatively high for fresh graduates, but this is because they have been taking grants from the government.

- Favoritism runs rampant in this company. If the managers do not like you, you are basically treated as second class citizens. - All the opportunities are given to manager's favorite children. - Office politics are everywhere throughout this company. - Incompetent people are promoted as they are manager pleasers, when in reality they cannot do anything. I would dare say that even some fresh graduates are better than these people. - Upper-level management is useless as well, all the hiring is based on nepotism. A lot of upper management are well known garbage from team blue company, but they have close connections with upper management here. - Upper-level management heavily favors certain departments, other departments are third rate engineers to them. And among those favored departments, there are also a handful of people which upper management especially take a liking to. Easier to get in this circle if you are a people pleaser or you have good looks. - A lot of projects here brings no value to the industry. Things are simply done to meet the impossibly short deadline, so the quality produced is subpar, near unusable. - People from some departments do not need to take accountability for their mistakes, as they are favored by upper management.
