Lifelong employees that lose touch to reality. Managers unable to make decisions, especially when it gets uncomfortable. Incompetent staff are put in other positions but still kept in the company and paid a lot of money, totally unproportional to their performance and unfair to colleagues in a similar position. Questionable promotion of women to increase quota in management positions.
