Pros
Supportive staff, good work and life balance. You get three breaks throughout the day, which is very welcomed.
I liked the work, I found it enjoyable at the time and got on with my co-workers. Everyone was very kind.
The most healthy workplace environment I have been in thus far.
Cons
I felt a little bit out of place as a visibly queer person - but that is just my experience. I imagine it differs depending on location.
I am also neurodivergent and felt that the workplace was maybe not the right fit for me at times. I still felt very supported throughout my working at Slaters however. I was given a lot of time to grow into my job.
