Pros
Hands down, the best culture. Having worked for some companies that are 'old mens club' with limited access to senior management, I have really relished the fact that there is a very open mentorship and access here to senior staff. There is a culture and vibe here, that isn't like any other professional services industry companies. This company is very responsive to your work style and ethics. If you bring ideas and innovation, and want to express them, the platform is there for you - but you have to push yourself to do it. There is a lot of good things about working for Slattery, but I've highlighted something that you won't get anywhere else.
Cons
This is a rapidly growing company - and it can get really busy at times, but it has been manageable. It is made easy by having friendly people to work with.
