The staff is my family. Very easy to work with. Regular customers are awesome.

Who says pay is good? I'm making the same pay I did in 2001. I left the store, from being over worked. And every staff member got a raise after I left, during the busiest time (Hectic for everyone being over worked) . What does that say about my merit? I came back and its the same thing. I don't want to toot my own horn. But, from a professional customer service background, that came from the office. If I don't deserve a raise, than why send candidates my way to train? And not get the position of someone higher or pay! Do I really have to work the kitchen, make pizzas, work the front to get, at least .50? What is that 14.00? McDonalds start more than that. I know someone that did the same, and you gave him little credit or appreciation. There is some serious taking advantage of in this place. Trust me, I am not the only complainer! Just the one to speak up, and talking and meetings is like talking to a wall.
