Pros
You'll learn a lot, mainly through self training. As others have said, it's easy to get hired here - but that may be because their turnover rate is so high.
Cons
Little to no employee appreciation, management only looking to help themselves with almost no thought when it comes to employee happiness. Overtime is encouraged with no incentives. You'll have to learn to fight for yourself as an employee, constantly jumping through hoops to keep management happy.
