Marketing Team is in a mess. The roles within the team are changed on a weekly basis. Today, you will be hired to manage their F&B business and suddenly, next week, you will be asked to handle events because the HR department can't find a candidate for that particular profile. Colleagues will always gossip about you with your boss when you aren't around People are kicked out without any solid reasons.
