The company is making efforts to transform into a true tech-driven organization. Developers are given more freedom to work with modern technologies and choose their own stacks.

Tight deadlines with a strong emphasis on results over code quality. High employee turnover; the company doesn't invest in building strong, stable teams. Lack of proper evaluation or grading system for developers. No transparency in financial matters, including compensation structure and bonuses. Developers often work under pressure and uncertainty, leading to anxiety. Heavy push to use AI tools with unrealistic expectations for speed and output. Little concern for long-term consequences of rapidly produced "Vibe coding" content. One mistake can lead to immediate termination — little tolerance for failure.
