Pros
Originally I thought this was a good company to work for. The director was kind, there was room to move up in the company, and a raise was promised after my 90 days. You have paid holidays (that you don’t have to work), the families are amazing and you make great connections with them, and supplies you buy for the classroom are reimbursed.
Cons
If you disagree with the director just consider yourself in a very bad place. If you’re one of her favorites, you can do whatever you want including being late every single day, not doing your job, lying on time cards, and even stealing from other employees. The director I worked for went back on the promised 90 raise and I would get mixed feedback, depending on whether or not I was doing extra things not in my job description every day. or not. I was belittled, and emotionally abused but not on a regular basis either, it was random which made work an unpleasant environment.
