Pros
It is a small, lean and flat hierarchy company. A lot of projects and a lot of clients. So, each developer simultaneously handles multiple projects and customer day to day support. It could have been way too stressful if not for the very structured code base, streamlined processes and extremely experienced lead in the company. Though small, this company has full fledged processes in place due to many years of experience and refinement. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for work in Minnesota. As for the culture, it is just amazing. The two owners have kept the company lean and not take any VC funds just so that they can run it their way. It is like a family and they really care for they staff going overboard at times. Happy fridays, company cookouts and picnics, fun activities, etc. makes this company a nice place to be.

A lot of times, things can get stressful in spite of the good processes in place. This is due to low number of staff and too much work.
