      Pros

      I've been working at SFE for almost a year and never regretted about joining this company. Great corporate culture and individual approach to every employee makes Smart Freight an amazing place to start or continue your career path. Also they offer free education and seminars to those who want to learn more and move up the career ladder. Definitely recommend.

      Cons

      Haven't noticed anything yet. Probably we need more team building activities for better connection between ever company member.

      Nothing good about this company

      Cons

      They somehow deleted their Google maps profile that told everyone how they really are. They will steal your escrow, blame you for not getting enough miles even though they are the ones who dispatch you. They blame you for normal wear and tear on the truck/trailer or when parts go bad. The first couple years working for them was decent then once 2020 hit they became crooks.
