Pros
Company is supportive of employees needs. Progression is amazing, I started as an apprentice in 2014 and worked through all of the departments of the helpdesk and then moved in to management. All the staff are friendly and easy to work with. All senior management in the support department are massively supportive on a personal and professional level. I worked here for 8 and a half years and it was sad to leave but I stay in contact with the staff and management.
