Good atmosphere, with a variety of projects to work on. Great collaborative culture in the workplace. A major plus for working in teams to meet deadlines.
Cons
Tight leadership controls, constant supervision get s in the way. Not a lot of room for upward mobility. Leadership doesn't appreciate the work of lower management enough.
