      -Birthday off -Team lunch/breakfast on a friday -Zones 1-2 travel paid if you have a mobile role -Good salary

      Cons

      -No flexible working -Unable to work from home -Different rules for managers -Terrible management -Undervalued -No sick pay - only SSP -HR department is controlled by director with no HR qualifications -Sold a dream when you start -Low turnover rate -Unpaid leave to be taken on train strike days -Micro-management -2 weeks notice to be given for 1 day annual leave -Unpaid leave for doctors/dentist appointment/family emergencies -Old fashioned values The list goes on..

      Pros

      The company is forward thinking and has grown a lot during my time here. Everyone is committed to succeeding and is pushing the company in the right direction. There are plenty of progression available for those who are willing and able.

      Cons

      Smart could do with more benefit schemes to help improve retention of good staff as well as recruitment. There are very few benefits of working for smart, improvements could be made as a decent pay check and your birthday off are quite basic and do not set them apart from competitors to entice good employees to stay or new ones to join.
