      Excellent customer service team! Very responsive to customer requests in solving their problems. Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done! Management sets high standards for dealing with customers and it shows!

      Cons

      The perks are great provided goals are met. Compensation program could be improved. Travel schedule can be grueling!

      3 maand opzegvergoeding die ik niet moet presteren na 2 jaar werken.

      - management geeft geen gehoor aan problemen op de werkvloer - pakt problemen totaal verkeerd aan, waardoor slachtoffers nog extra benadeeld worden - als slachtoffer van pesterijen ben ik ontslagen, en ik werd nooit gehoord / geloofd - enorme werkdruk - je mag enkel werken en zwijgen - waslijst aan regels, en ze vinden constant nieuwe regels uit - men loopt constant achter je aan, om maar dingen te vinden die ze kunnen melden aan het management, als je bepaalde regels breekt
