The environment is demanding and can expose poor attitude or weak teamwork quickly. It is not suitable for people who expect constant hand-holding, avoid responsibility, or bring negativity into the team.
There are moments where the company could benefit from more structure, clearer onboarding, and stronger process documentation. However, the pace is also part of why employees can learn quickly.
