Pros
Good technology stack. Good for freshers but not for experienced Good offers will be provided but later that will get changed due to company policies in that interim time and you won't be informed about the changes, only after joining you will come to know.
Cons
Unfair policy changes Rude HR Work-life balance won't be there. If you are willing to sacrifice your time for the company can join but that time you spent also won't get compensation too. No trust in employees. Job security - Nil Not suits for long term employment
