No pros here. I had to think 10 minutes to write some pros about SmartCrowd. After thinking 10 minutes i think Remote working is the only pros here!
Cons
- Corporate Politics at it's best. If you wanna learn some politics please feel free to join here! Specially the CGO & COO. They are best at shoe licking - You will be shouted at for delivery. No place for empathy towards the engineers! No matter how hard you work. The CGO puts some unrealistic deadlines to humiliate you! - Incompetent H.O.E. (Head Of Engineering). I doubt if he knows engineering at all even programming also. They just put a scrum master in the post of H.O.E. He is nothing but a scrum master - Some engineers are so good at licking shoes of CGO & H.O.E. They only keep them and reward them with some new contract.
