Not a good place to work - Verification Engineer SmartDV Technologies Employee Review

1. Salary is not good. 2. They will not give a time for personal life. 3. Every Monday and Friday ,they have a release that means they will expect you will work on Saturday and Sunday. And without compensation. 4. At the time of Hike , they will give very less hike and management will tell your performance is not upto mark but if you are try to give resign they won't leave you. 5. Work environment is very very bad. They are treating employees as a worker. Lot of politics happen in top management. Its very very difficult for job guarantee.
