      Location - there's not much choice for lunch/drinks within walking distance.

      - Employees can actively influence and shape company decisions - Exciting and fast paced work - The ability to work across departments and get involved in many different streams - Varied workload and opportunities to experience new things - Make changes fast and see your work come to life - Monthly staff lunches and presentations from senior management

      Cons

      Parking can be quite limited in the office and the village of Bagshot has quite limited options for food and drink currently.
